Collector portal

Collector client portal

Collectors manage invoices, pay through Stripe, and revisit shared rooms from one branded link, scoped to their contact.

Open invoices, installment schedules, and Stripe checkout on the same portal as owned works and shared rooms.

Let collectors self-serve invoices and payments

Open invoices

Unpaid and partially paid invoices show balance due, installment schedule, and due dates. Collectors download branded PDFs or pay the next slice through Stripe.

Invoicing→

Stripe pay

Pay the full balance or the next installment through Stripe Checkout. Funds settle to your connected account; staff see the same paid transition as manual mark-paid.

Stripe guide→

Owned works

Purchases appear with images, provenance summary, and diligence packs where you attached them.

Inventory→

Shared rooms

Active and past viewing rooms sent to that contact stay in the same session, without hunting through email threads.

Viewing rooms→

One link per collector

Share links scope to the collector contact. They see their invoices, purchases, balances, and rooms, not another client's data.

  • Mint from the contact record or via the AI agent; portal events log on the timeline.
  • Revoke a link mid-session. Public routes carry noindex so portals stay out of search.
  • Confidential consignor or buyer labels follow the same redaction rules as staff records.
  • Mobile-friendly layout for review and payment between meetings.

Invoices collectors can manage themselves

Open invoices list balance due, installment schedule, and due dates, tied to the live invoice your finance team already maintains.

  • Download branded invoice PDFs without asking staff to resend.
  • Pay the upcoming installment or full balance through Stripe without a new email link.
  • Past payments and receipts stay visible for the collector's records.
  • Paid installments run the same edition commit rules as full payment.

Built for relationship teams

Directors send the portal after a fair meeting. Registrars attach diligence once. Finance trusts balances match the workspace.

  • Agent action to mint and email a portal link in one confirmed step.
  • Purchase rows can link to shared diligence grants with condition and provenance files.
  • Staff keep working in CRM; the portal is the collector-facing slice.
  • Consignors keep their statement portal; collectors use this view.

FAQ

What can collectors do in the portal?
View and download open invoices, pay balances and installments through Stripe, revisit shared viewing rooms, review owned works and shop orders, and open diligence documents, scoped to their contact only.
Do collectors need an Art.industries login?
No. Staff mint one share link per collector contact (optional password). Collectors open the portal in a browser. No account signup.
Is the collector portal included on Core?
Yes. The portal runs on the same workspace as inventory, CRM, rooms, and invoicing. See pricing for plan limits.
How is this different from the consignor portal?
Consignors use a read-only statement portal for works on consignment. Collectors use the client portal for purchases, open invoices, and rooms you shared with them as buyer.
What should we try first?
Import one collector with an open invoice and a shared room. Mint the portal link, have them pay one installment through Stripe, and confirm finance sees the same paid state as a payment link.
