June Product Roundup

Sellable items and storefront tickets, events with Apple Wallet passes, multilingual publishing, unified catalogue works, mailing lists, and a workspace UI overhaul.

June closed the loop between inventory, commerce, and your public site — event tickets in the same cart as artworks, buyer portals that survive refunds, and catalog authoring that reads like modern ecommerce.

Storefront and commerce

  • Sellable items. Commerce SKUs live on the graph as first-class records — list price, digital delivery, storefront shipping, and ticket inventory share one model tied to works and publications.
  • Event tickets in cart. Paid and free tickets checkout through the same Stripe flow as physical works and digital SKUs.
  • Buyer portal. Collectors download digital files and ticket PDFs from a share link; adjust party size, cancel, and request refunds per workspace policy.
  • Apple Wallet passes. Event tickets ship as platform-signed passes with the same check-in QR as the PDF — from the buyer portal and receipt email.
  • Per-listing shipping. Set ship-from location and allowed destinations on each sellable item; checkout groups parcels by origin.
  • Delivery snapshots. Paid orders copy delivery files to purchase-scoped storage so buyers keep access even when source files change.
  • Optional CRM contact. Checkout is email-first; staff link or promote a collector to a contact when you are ready — no auto-created CRM noise on every order.
  • Storefront orders. Staff list and detail at /storefront-orders with fulfillment, labels, and cross-workspace admin visibility.
  • Artwork disposition. Sold, on hold, on loan, and on consignment badges replace legacy availability fields; list price lives on the sellable item.
  • Partner print. Prodigi-backed print fulfillment for Advanced+ workspaces — readiness checks, order routing, and tracking on the sellable item.
  • China checkout. Alipay and WeChat Pay on Connect checkout for collectors paying in CNY.
  • Makers tooling. Log external sales, Etsy inbound order sync, made-to-order → production automations, and abandoned-cart recovery emails.
  • Collector portal. One hub for share-link access to orders, deliveries, tickets, and invoice payment.

Events

  • Public events index. Website Studio block and page template list upcoming public events with ticket pricing and RSVP links.
  • Ticketing and waitlist. Capacity limits, free waitlist promotion, and QR check-in scan API for door staff.
  • Buyer refunds. Partial and full Stripe refunds from the buyer portal when workspace and event policy allow.
  • Venue timezone. Event local time from venue geocode — staff datetime inputs and public surfaces stay consistent.
  • Branded receipts. Workspace footer blocks on ticket and commerce transactional email.

Website and publishing

  • Multilingual public site v1. Published locale routing and Website Studio language controls for translated pages.
  • Workspace publishing languages. Choose which languages you publish in; translation icons and Studio copy follow workspace settings.
  • Catalog translations. Multilingual titles and bodies on works, tags, exhibitions, posts, and publications — one jsonb column per entity, synced to the public site.
  • Website Studio mobile. Responsive editor chrome and block editing on tablet and phone.
  • Site password. Optional visitor password gate for unpublished-preview or members-only published sites.

Inventory and catalog authoring

  • Unified catalogue work. One work record spans object, edition, and catalogue-item parents — REST and snapshot use catalogue_works[].
  • Artwork authoring v2. Work intents, readiness wizard, and create chooser (quick, guided, from similar) route new records to the right setup flow.
  • Shopify-style work detail. Overview + Activity layout with Identity, Offers, Custody, and Presence sections; inline overview edit mode across entity detail pages.
  • Publication studio parity. Configurations and Sales tabs, readiness panel, and guided create on publication detail.
  • Object and catalogue types. Structural typ object and catalogue for editions, multiples, and publication-linked inventory.
  • Unified catalog configurations. Configurations consolidate under /catalog-configurations/:id.

Marketing and analytics

  • Mailing lists. First-class lists in Marketing — categories, public subscribe, Website Studio blocks, and broadcast audience targeting.
  • Analytics redesign. Overview metric strip, per-tab reports, URL range and compare params, and deal funnel on the Dashboard.
  • Send approval. Optional or workspace-mandated review gate before marketing sends deliver — frozen HTML snapshot on approve.
  • Email open rate. Unique open counts on send detail for more accurate engagement reporting.

Workspace UI

  • Enterprise UI program. EntityDetailShell with ?section= deep links; omnibar v2–v3 for faster navigation.
  • Modal and empty-state pass. Shared Modal and EmptyState components across detail editors, integrations, and public lightbox shells.
  • Overview edit mode. Read-only overview with an edit toggle — Details nav tab retired in favour of section cards.

Agent

  • Intelligence wave. Planner context v3, vault RAG search, @ mentions, and a daily digest of workspace activity.
  • Bulk translation. Agent applies artwork and taxonomy tag translations from publishing-language gaps.

Sales and finance

  • Holds and invoices. Proposals retired — offers flow through holds, viewing rooms, and invoices on the contact timeline.
  • Invoice issuer on contact. Legal name and tax IDs on the billing contact replace workspace billing profiles.
  • Invoice payment. Collector portal payment sessions and PDF export for outstanding balances.

Polish

  • Notifications on sync. In-app bell reads from the workspace snapshot — no separate fetch on every page load.
  • Refunds revoke access. Buyer-portal downloads, ticket PDFs, and wallet passes invalidate when an order is refunded.
  • Ticket quantity sync. PDF and QR payloads follow live order quantity after partial refunds.
