Customers choose from the delivery options available to them at checkout, while your team creates labels and follows each shipment without moving the order into another system. For international buyers, Dutify adds duties and import taxes to the checkout, so the price they pay is the full price.

Shippo is an option, not a requirement. When a work needs a specialist art handler, a fine-art shipper, crating or white-glove delivery, arrange it with the partners you already trust and manage it the way your business needs.

Yes. Shippo is optional. For works that need specialist handling, crating or white-glove delivery, use the logistics partners you prefer.
Yes. Art.Industries and Shippo handle rates, labels and tracking; you pack the item and hand it to the carrier. Print-on-demand orders are the exception, as Prodigi ships those for you.
