Events and Ticketing

Create public or private events, invite people from your network and manage responses, tickets and attendance in Art.Industries. From a trade show, fair or public talk to a private view or an intimate dinner, the event and its audience remain part of your workspace instead of disappearing into a separate event platform.

Create the event you need

Make an event public or invitation-only, leave attendance open or set a capacity, and use free RSVPs or paid tickets depending on the occasion. Paid tickets are processed through Stripe, and Art.Industries does not take a cut or percentage of ticket sales.

Publish it where you want

Put the event page on your Art.Industries website for anyone to find, or keep it off the website and share a private link only with the people you choose. You stay in control of who can see it and when, so a private view can open to the public once the invitations have gone out.

Invite the right people

Choose guests from your existing contacts, create a list for the event and send the invitation with the same email tools you use for campaigns: your branding, images from your catalogue and the event details already in place. See who opened it, and keep every reply on the guest’s contact record.

RSVPs, capacity and waitlists

Guests reply from the invitation or from the event page, with free RSVPs or paid tickets. Set a capacity and later replies join the waitlist, and see at a glance who is coming, who is still to answer and who is waiting for a place. Every response is saved on the guest’s contact record.

With the upcoming Art.Industries app, your team will be able to scan tickets and QR codes and check guests in at the door. Attendance is kept with the event and on each guest’s contact record, so it is there before the next conversation.

Does Art.Industries take a cut of ticket sales?

No. Paid tickets are processed through Stripe, which charges its standard fees. Art.Industries does not take a percentage.

Can an event be invitation-only?

Yes. Make an event public, or keep it private and open only to the guests you invite.

How do guests check in?

Your team can follow the guest list and mark attendance from the event record. Scanning tickets at the door is coming with the Art.Industries app.
