Gallery SoftwareArt.Industries vs Artlogic, ArtCloud and Artwork Archive

Gallery inventory software keeps work records, contacts, locations, consignments, sales and documents connected. It can also publish selected inventory online, prepare private presentations, send campaigns and follow an enquiry through to payment. The main differences are how broadly the records adapt, which tools are built in, and whether adding a website, marketing or more users changes the subscription or requires another product.

Where they differ

Records beyond artworks

Art.Industries starts with different records for art, editions, commissions, jewellery, design and antiques, furniture, publications, vintage and merchandise. Each brings its own fields, and teams can add, rename or hide them instead of forcing every object into the same record.

Language lives with the record

Titles and descriptions can be kept in seven languages on the item itself. The same text then appears on the website, in campaigns and in presentations, without keeping a separate translated copy for each one.

Events from invitation to entry

Create public or private events, invite selected contacts, collect RSVPs and sell tickets through your own Stripe account. Door scanning is coming with the Art.Industries app, so attendance returns to the same contact records.

Switching to Art.Industries

Art.Industries imports existing inventory and contacts from spreadsheets and other systems, so you can bring an export from your current software instead of retyping records. Your data can also be exported in full at any time, so the records stay yours, whichever system you use next.
