About Network

Can I bring in the contacts I already have?

Yes. Import a spreadsheet or an export from your current system or mailing tool.

How are consent and unsubscribe preferences kept?

They stay on each contact. When you build an audience for a campaign or an invitation, those preferences are applied automatically, so someone who has unsubscribed is not emailed again.

Can I export my contacts?

Yes. Export a mailing list from any group of contacts, or export all of your data at any time. Your contacts stay yours.

When will business-card scanning be available?

It is part of the Art.Industries app, which is still in development. We will announce it when it is ready.
