Cookie notice

This notice explains cookies, browser storage, and related measurement used by Art.Industries, operated by mutant devices LLC. The purpose matters: keeping a requested session secure is different from measuring how someone uses a page. Read this notice with our Privacy policy and, on a customer's site, that customer's privacy information.

1. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small values stored by your browser and sent with relevant requests. Local storage can keep settings or application data between visits; session storage generally lasts for a browser tab's session. Tracking can also occur through a request to load an image or follow a link. Random identifiers can connect activity to a browser or account even when the identifier itself does not contain a name.

2. Storage used to provide requested functions

Account and workspace functions use session and security information to keep you signed in and apply the correct access context. Examples include pt_session, pt_active_workspace_id, and pt_portal_session for an authorized support-portal session. Secured media can use signed access cookies. Customer-facing functions can also use storage for an authorized room or customer session, a cart, or a language or currency selection.

The storage used depends on the page and action. Some values expire with a session or access grant; other preferences persist between visits. Signing out, an expired grant, or deleting browser data can require you to authenticate or choose again. Storage used to deliver a requested function has a different purpose from storage used to measure how people use the service.

3. Art.Industries website and product measurement

Our marketing website and signed-in application send first-party usage events to Art.Industries systems. These can include page paths, referring pages, interactions, timestamps, and account or workspace context. The pt_anon_client cookie supplies a random visitor identifier before sign-in; it can be associated with an account after sign-in. Its configured browser lifetime is up to 400 days unless removed or replaced. Browser expiry controls the cookie; associated event records follow the retention criteria in our Privacy policy.

This platform measurement is separate from the additional visitor analytics controlled by customer-site banners. Customer-site choices apply to the additional visitor analytics described below. Account, security, and platform product events have their own purposes, explained in the Privacy policy.

Pages configured with Google Ads can load Google's measurement tag to record advertising attribution and conversions, including supported subscription-checkout conversions. This involves requests to Google and can use cookies or related identifiers. It is separate from our first-party usage events and from the customer-site visitor banner. Google's handling of this information is described in its privacy policy.

4. Customer websites and viewing rooms

Customer sites and rooms can send basic visit and content-interaction events, including the page, referring page, and items opened. Requests also carry technical network information. Where the visitor analytics banner is enabled, accepting it permits additional context, such as a browser-session identifier, campaign attribution, language, time zone, and device or screen characteristics. Declining does not turn off every basic visit, security, or service record.

The shared pt_cookie_consent cookie records the visitor's accepted or declined choice for up to one year, unless cleared or replaced. Additional analytics can use session storage for a visit identifier. A customer's banner configuration and content can vary between sites. Contact the business identified on a site with questions about its visitor analytics and privacy information.

5. Emails, payments, and external content

Emails and offers sent through the service can use image requests and tracked links to record opens and clicks. These are distinct from browser-cookie choices and may be associated with a recipient. Email software that blocks images or scans links can affect the resulting reports. Use the message's unsubscribe or preference link to manage the relevant subscriptions; it does not undo events already recorded.

Stripe operates its payment interfaces and may use its own cookies or related storage. A customer's links or embedded external content can also take visitors to a separately operated service. Check the relevant provider's notice and choices. An Art.Industries cookie choice does not automatically control storage on another provider's site.

Some marketing and account pages retrieve typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to load those files; a network request can disclose technical information even when it does not set a cookie.

6. Your available choices

• Use the accept or decline controls when a visitor banner is shown. Choices apply in the relevant browser and site context; another device or domain may need a separate choice.
• To change a saved visitor choice where no preferences link is available, clear that site's consent cookie in your browser settings and reload the page to choose again.
• Your browser can block or delete cookies and other site data. Blocking required session or media-access storage can prevent sign-in, checkout, or file loading. Clearing browser data does not erase records already held by a customer or by Art.Industries.
• Contact us about platform tracking or an unavailable choice. Include the page or domain involved so we can identify the responsible service. Your applicable privacy rights remain available.
