Cookie notice

Last updated: April 5, 2026

This notice describes how the operator of the Art.industries service (“we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites and applications. Read it together with our Privacy policy.

1. What we use

Strictly necessary (authentication and security). We use cookies (or similar storage) that are essential to operate the Service—for example, to keep you signed in, protect accounts, prevent abuse, and deliver secured media where our architecture uses short-lived CDN access cookies. We do not use these essential cookies for optional marketing analytics.

Functional / preferences. We may store preferences (such as language or UI state) in local storage or cookies where needed for the product to work.

Optional analytics (workspace-controlled). Where a workspace enables advanced analytics for its public website or private viewing rooms, visitors may see a consent banner. Advanced analytics runs only after consent as implemented in the product.

First-party product analytics. We collect first-party usage events (for example, screen views and product interactions) sent to our own servers to understand how the Service is used. Pre-signup marketing pages may log anonymous usage events linked to a random client identifier until you create an account.

2. Third-party cookies

When you use payment checkout (Stripe), social login, or embedded content, those providers may set their own cookies or use their own storage. Their use is governed by their policies.

3. Managing choices

  • Use your browser settings to block or delete cookies (this may break sign-in or media loading).
  • Use in-product controls where available (for example, the analytics consent banner on customer sites and rooms).
